6mm thick aluminum composite, the cut looks like I'm plowing a field with a chisel plow, see attached picture. We did some 3mm using the same parameters a week ago and it came out great, no idea what we're doing wrong. Any ideas? Feed and/or depth of cut?

It’s a difficult material, thin hard skins with soft core of plastic. Two materials in a opposite side of speed/feeds chart. I’ve used this material a fair amount, engraving is very harsh on tool tips. For through cuts I’ve used 1/8” compression bit successfully, 1 pass at 108ipm for 3mm clean edged top and bottom.
For 6mm I used a down cut in 2 passes then a up cut to finish the aluminum skin that remained.
That tear out looks like from a upcut bit did it.
