Hello Good morning all.
Not the first time this has happened. I have a shoe for the spindle but It never fit quite right so I opted to not have it on seeing that it could fall off when I was not around. So. The issue I am having now is that I am aware that operating without a proper dust system will jam the X-Axis.
Currently it is only moving 3 points across (11.00 to 14.00) While finishing up a file this jam occurred. What I am asking now is some guidance in opening up the pack with the spindle to have it cleaned out.
Are there any recommendations on how best to take apart and access the area behind the spindle along the X axis to remove any debris that would have caused the jam.

What do you mean the X axis is jamming? The gantry only moves left & right! There shouldn't be anything in the way. Sawdust shouldn't jam that movement at all. The only thing needed is to keep the ball screw and guide rails free from dust buildup for it to work properly. You should keep some 3 in one oil on it for lubrication, but don't soak it so it's dripping all over your spoil board.

Stalling as the machine moves...especially after completing g a job is most often due to a need for lubricaiton...
As Steve indicated, you should be applying a light machine oil to the ball screws and guides daily when the machine is in use. (3-in-1 brand preferred).
Depending upon age and other conditions, the bearing itself may also need to be serviced (greased) internally.
In addiotn to the lubricaiton, there are other factors like the condition/position of the coupling which connects the stepper motor to the ball screw as well as controller speeds and parameters.

So are you suggesting to disMantle the unit to see what's going on inside? I sprayed a solution to loosen any bits that May have gotten stuck and it still is only Moving three MoveMents back and forth along the X axis.
I would like soMe guidance to ensure that this approach would be the best at this point.

You really should not use anything that is a "Spray" on the machine.
The only recommended lubricants are a light machine oil (such as a 3-in-1) which would be wiped onto the ball screws and guides daily when the machine is used. And a mineral oil based grease (be careful to use the correct type) for the bearings themselves.
A Lucas Oil product called "Xtra Duty works very nicely.
The updated manuals are too large to attach here, you should have an email with a newer copy of the manual showing much more maintenance information.
