Hi,
I'm a total CNC novice. I bought an Iconic 4 here, it was delivered, and today I got it all assembled and leveled and moved to its place.
I bought an Iconic precisely because the web page said that it was supported by "a comprehensive set of videos". Where can I find those videos? I'm not finding them on the site. I need them badly.
I have no clue how to get started here. I have not even plugged in the machine or turned it on yet. I understand that I need to level the MDF board first, however I'd like to see a video of a guy doing that with no mistakes, so I can do it the same way. The software is the easy part for me. But how can I get going here with the machine? With something very simple so I can gain some confidence. Is there a video for the inexperienced?
Thanks, Rick

I had a axiom basic, I believe it was the same controller. YouTube can be very helpful on learning things. I still go there to view others and pick up short cuts or inspiration. I never used the pre stored surfacing program, I made my own program. I got to see it in the software play out.
There shouldn’t be any harm in turning on machine. Switching it on it should prompt you -home all axis? Hit ok. From there you can jog around and get a feel for your machine.
The instructions are pretty good in describing buttons and menus.
Just alway have your finger on stop button when trying things.
