My AR4 Basic has no resurfacing file in the internal memory. I've searched everywhere for it online. Can you please send it to me? Also why is not just posted somewhere for users to download?

When I received my AR-16 Elite last year, there was, included, a flash drive in the OEM packaging (which clearly had been opened and re-sealed). The surfacing file had been put on that flash drive by the friendly folks at Axiom. If that is not the case, email Chad McCarty at CMCcARTY@axiomt**lgroup.com and I'm sure he will send you one.
SUBSTITUTE TWO LETTER "O" CHARACTERS FOR THE ** IN THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR CHAD...I DID THIS TO PREVENT THE "BOTS" FROM PICKING UP HIS ADDRESS FROM THIS POST AND USING IT FOR SPAMMING PURPOSES.

The spoil board surfacing files have not been stored anywhere online because of the variety.
We have had 6 different machine models, many with numerous machine sizes and operational specs. So there are more than a few programs...
In the event that the surfacing program for your machine is not found on the controller it is advised that you email customer support so that the proper file can be provided to match your machine.
