For the purposes of holding a project/wood, does anyone know of an adhesive that can be bought at Lowe's or Home Depot? I've seen numerous video's showcasing 2P-10 Adhesive-- I'd like to go to the store to buy stuff as opposed to online. I've look for the 2P-10 adhesive and can't find it in Lowes.

I don't, I've been using the 2P-10, Amazon has stock, you can get it next day if you need it. Otherwise maybe a Rockler or woodworking store local to you?

P210 is CA glue, I am sure you can get CA glue almost anywhere, but like jroetz said, Amazon will get it to you in a day.
