Regular End Mill Bits on Axiom?

Are there any issues with using standard end mill bits with the Axiom machines? I need to make a fairly deep, straight wall pocket into aluminum, so I need a long, straight end mill to make this happen. Assuming that the bit will just wear out faster due to the higher spindle speed, correct?

I worked at a medical manufacturing facility and get tons of endmills that I use all the time, from as small as 1/64 all the way up to a 1/2", 2 flutes and up and its all about the feeds and speeds. 4 flute you will wanna cut back on your spindle speed and keep around a .006-.008 chip load.
