Hi all-
I have a very early AR6 Pro with a RichAuto A11E controller, which looks to support only 3-axis carving. Is it possible to swap out or upgrade the existing controller/dsp to a B18 and add the 4th axis component?

There are some early Pro machines that would support an upgrade kit.
For the machine to support the required change, you need to look at the rear of the machine....for a third round connector that is currently unused.
It will either be next to the two larger connectors on the rear plate...or tied up with the wiring next to the stepper motor under the machine.
If you have the connector, then the machine would support the upgrade and you would want to contact our Service Department to discuss the details.

I have a third hole with a plug in it but there's not a socket/connector. I'm guessing that my machine is not old enough old stock.

Axiom 6 Pro pictures Thanks for reply, I guess this means I'm in luck? I've got the connection, just need to mount it to the knock out block on the machine. I'll contact support.
