My AR8 Pro is randomly locking up and the only oddity prior to running a job the handheld takes a lot longer time to report "Reading USB Drive". I've tried new 2 gig usb sticks and monitor it. It will just stop and is completely unresponsive. Keyboard does nothing, I have to power it completely off and restart which is a disaster. Need any input or advice. TIA

First guess would be a bad connection between the controller and the box. Check your cabling

Plugged & unplugged a few times. I sent email to Axiom over a week ago... Crickets... :-(
Its getting old. Not a year old and minimal use I'd expect better,,

If you're not loading the file from the USB stick onto the controller before running it, you should be doing that. Once you have done so, no further communication between the two is required and any issues in communication with the USB stick are not a factor. These things ARE picky about what USB stick you're using.
