Question I have for anyone that has come across this is what they did to remandy it? As I removed the cover to the pump and radiator section of my Axion Pro 6 to change the coolant, I found that the tube that carries the coolant from the pump to the radiator was clasped almost its full length of the tube. I have downloaded a couple of pics of this to help you understand what was going on with the tube. I tried using a reinforce rubber line but by the time I got it in to where it went I was afraid that it was putting too much pressure on the plastic connection at the water pump and would sooner or later brake it off. There really is no suction on these lines, so the only reason we know for the lines to flatten is simply due to length.
If the tube is too long, it will be inclined to kink....flattening the tube out.
The tube can be shortened slightly or replaced with a new stiffer line.
