I have searched these threads and not found exactly what my machine is doing. During running a tool path it will stop as if it has finished the tool path, showing the "User will finish" in the controller screen. There is no rhyme or reason to the points that it stops. It has however grown much more frequent. I can move from the X-Y 0 and it will say that the zero has not been set. Go ahead and reset and it will run from the beginning of the tool path until it stops again...randomly. Sometimes it will say there is no data on the u-disk. sometimes it says there is no u-disk. Then it will start reading and work well for maybe the next two or three tool paths.
Things that I have tried; Remove the u-disk and re-insert Turn of the machine and re-start Disconnect the power for 15-60 minutes and re-start Turn off over night and restart Threaten the machine Beg the machine
Anyone have any ideas or a similar situation?

Sounds like it's time to call Chad on Monday. I've never seen 'User Will Finish' Ok, thanks for looking. The message comes on when I finish a tool path, the spindle will raise and stop and this message is highlighted at the bottom of the screen. If you press "ok" it will return to X-0Y-0.

I had this happen to me, the result was I had to replace the controller. Initial thought my Axiom was that it might be caused by static electricity.

What software? What Post Processor? Have you tried re-saving the file and re-running the Post Processor? Save it with a different file name. If you're running it from the flash disk, have you tried loading it to the controller memory and running it from there?

Mezalick You were right! After I saved it to the controller it worked perfectly. Thank you for your help.
