Can anyone recommend a good place to get some clear acrylic? like in the 1/4"+ thickness range. The only stuff I can find online is pretty pricey or requires buying in large quantity.

need a little more info on the sizes and quantity you need also extruded or cast ? I have found most all types available online....check on Amazon. yes prices can vary quite a bit... just shop around. ( i have found e-plastics to be expensive) McMaster Carr is also a choice, a tad pricey... but for small sizes, this is to be expected. I mostly use a local plastics supplier (distributor) but I am usually buying full sheets If you establish a relationship with a local supplier, the will sometimes let you dig thru their cut-offs pile which is good for small projects or test runs. good luck

Hi Brian - thanks for the info and suggestions. I think I would lean more towards extruded. I have some acrylic signage ideas I'd like to try.
