I'm upgrading to a 4x8' machine and, somewhat sadly, have to put up my AR8Pro for sale because I just don't have space for both machines. I love the Axiom and am taking a bit of a technological step backwards in order to get into a bigger machine but I already have several larger projects that demand the size. I'll post some photos later but it's in perfect working shape and I recently rebuild the spindle cooling system with a new pump, new tubing, and a flow indicator. I have a mess (eight or more) of hold down clamps that can go with it. It uses the RichAuto A11 controller. It's 220V single phase and has the factory stand, dust shoe, and 1/8", 1/4", and 1/2" collets. I'm looking to sell it for $5,900 and am in Greenville, SC for pickup. I've got a feeling I'm going to miss that machine!

Just out of curiosity, what machine are you going with now?

Just out of curiosity, what machine are you going with now? It's an old, lightly used, ShopBot PRT. I got it for a steal at an auction and once I got it in my shop and saw how it's mechanically configured, I thought I was just going to do get it running, maybe upgrade a few things and flip it for a buck or two. After (a LOT) of setup and tweaking, I put it through a bunch of accuracy tests and it's really surprised me. I think it's going to require a good bit of TLC to keep it holding tolerances if I get it to where it's working on jobs regularly...but, I figure, at that point I'll be in a better position to justify a loan for a more serious production viable machine.
