Any suggestions for 1/16 dia up cut spiral bit

I would like to try a 1/16 dia up cut spiral bit.  I see a couple of Amana ones (spectra vs not) and a few import ones on amazon that are half the price.  I really want to try one but the actual written reviews for them are not quite as good as I would normally like to see so I am struggling to spend $40+ just to have it break on the first run.  I'm sure that I will have to dial down feed and increases passes to minimize stress but wondering if anyone has had luck with one and what feeds you are using?

20 in/min is a good ballpark feed. I vary the depth of cut depending on the species - in ebony I'll typically cut 0.0325 per pass at 24k rippums - deeper in softer material.

Hey boss what material are you going to be cutting with it? I have used quite a few Amana 1/16th end mills with a lot of success but the journey to success left my pockets hurting at times.
