I'm new to the CNC world and my AR16 arrived a couple of day ago. I'm following the instruction manual to surface the spoil boards but when I get to the step of homing the Z axis, I get the following error when I push the toolset button "Can't Toolset without home!" The pendant controller is the B58. Any thoughts?

You have to home all axes before setting the X axis.

John - I turned the machine on and selected "Home All". The spindle moves to the left front of the spoil boards with the spindle raised. I push the X/Y = 0 on the pendant, then I jog the spindle a few inches to the right and toward the rear the table and when I push the toolset button, I get the error. Any other thoughts?

I have the HUST controller on mine. I'm completely unfamiliar with the one they are using now, but my process is 1) Turn Selection Dial to HOME screen 2) Press F1 function key to select ALL AXES 3) Press Start
This homes all axes, whereupon you jog the machine over and set your Z axis origin.
