I receive this message on my A11 controller. "Please wait for reading flash disk" It goes away after 10 seconds and allows me to select the location of my file (USB or Internal). FYI...I run all my tool paths from internal memory but only keep about 6-8 files there at any given time. All was working fine this morning. Now, I see this message every time I go to select a new toolpath. What is the cause/solution?

I am not sure if that is from the internal memory, or the thumb drive. Do you get the same result if the thumb drive is not in the USB port?
If not, I would format the thumb drive. It may be in such bad shape, that is needs a little maintenance.

I get that message as my thumb drive gets more filled up with files. Get rid of unused files on the thumb drive and the message goes away faster, or it's not noticeable at all. It looks like there is a thumb drive plugged into your controller. As Andrew said above, formatting will also clean it up. Bob

Try reformatting your USB to remove all hidden and system files. Depending on you pc and how you delete file, there can still be many files there but not viewable. Formatting will get rid of all of them.

UPDATE: As always, the wisdom and helpfulness of this forum is superb. Thank you for the advice. I removed 10-12 small files on my USB. No more error msg on the controller. This weekend, I will attempt to reformat the USB. Cheers!!
