I am trying to get the part work feature to work on the new B58 controller but keep getting "waiting on tool offset" message then machine freezes causing you to have to do a hard reset. Also have a AR8Pro+ with the B18 controller that works flawlessly when performing part work and array work. Have not been able to do either on the B58! Have had nothing but major headaches with the new controller and am very disappointed in the new Axiom Elite.

Now discovered Array work and Break work do the same thing! (waiting for Tool Off.) Axiom you really need to address this and make sure your machines are tested before putting them on the market!! I have managers that are very unhappy with this purchase and I hope you can make it right!!!

I have the same issue with break work, I posted about this back in January and never got a solution. Basically, break work does not work for us at all right now.

Was told by Chad yesterday they will have an update to correct the issues with part work, array work, break work, manually entering a negative move (will not take "-" sign at all) within a few days. Axioms support is very concerning to me on this machine and makes me wonder was is going on! Hopefully for them they can recover and do what's right and give us what we paid for! He also informed me this had been reported to them and was being worked on by Richauto, I hope he wasn't referring to you!! because 5 months totally unacceptable!

Maybe you should contact Todd Damon President at (844) 642-4902, Ext. 6001 and talk to him about this, I will give them a few days then he will definitely be hearing from me! |
