I have the software and it doesnt bother me I think I have it but so many questions on how and where to start. For instance the disk that comes with it where does it plug in i read that it fits on the back of the gantry ok where. LOL I dont know what to do when I turn the thing on. I dont know how to skim the table I need help on basics. Does anyone out there have any places they can recommend for me to see this stuff. I am going to attend the training in Ohio but I need help now and I cant attend that until July. Thanks in advance Lesa

This always seems like a weak link in a great product. I would take a look at some of the Utube material that is available under Axiom. I would also give Chad a call. It is so sad to hear this time after time. Some set up video and basic tool paths would sure be helpful for new owners. Once you get going you are going to love the Axiom machine.

Good news I figured out how to get the bit in the collett and figured out how to run the waste board file and I am feeling more confident. Now to run something else when I get home and see if it blow things up.

Welcome to the group lesad!! The tutorials that came with your software are a great place to start. They show step by step video instructions to create and run some toolpaths. Start with a simple v-carve tutorial led by Beki and create your own file along with her. When you do get to carving ... Always remember to HOME your machine and set the correct Z-axis depth. And keep your finger on the PAUSE button just in case things start to blow up.
Reach out to the group if you need assistance.
