We can provide this file....which is unique to each machine size. Just email us with your machine info....
In fact, currently this file is preloaded on machines as they are shipped.

Is there a way to back up this file from the controller? You can copy files to the controller, but not from. I even tried hooking it up to my PC via USB.

So you won't be able to copy from internal to the USB drive....
But, if you hold down OK + MENU as you plug it into a PC using the bottom USB port, then the controller will boot up in Flash Disk mode allowing your PC to see the internal memory. This enables you to write or copy from the internal storage.

Be sure to use good dust collection when you surface. It produces a lot of very fine MDF dust.
