Hi All, This is my first post, New to the Axiom machine not to using a CNC. I received my Pro8 machine just over a week ago ITS Great! I found going in to the drawer every bit change or pulling out 2 to 4 bits and laying them an a bench near me problematic. So I created a Bit holder to hold up to 7 of my the more commonly used bits. The bits are very handy and are not out where I can easily hit them by accident. I decided to use the Rockler bit holder inserts so they all can hold either a ¼ inch or ½ inch shafted bits. (Rockler Item # 57223 Cost $7:99 for 10) I also did not permanently mark what each bit is so I can make changes when needed. I cut out the profile and the holes using the CNC machine then rounded off the front top and bottom edges on the router table. I added a short board just behind the holes in the front on the bottom and a second one to the bottom in the back so they would just fit down around the bar under the CNC machine. I then used the two-sided foam tape. (holds it on great) I am including the simple Aspire .crv3d file and saved it as a crv file that should work with VCarve. Commonly Used Bits holder.crv3d (330.5 KB) Commonly Used Bits holder.crv (293 KB)
