New machine, new user. All set up and turned on for the first time. Attempted to home all axis. Moved to the left but motor keep running even though it reached the side of the machine, Y axis not moving at all, and Z will go all the way up. Put in manual mode and X will move left to less than half way, Z will not bottom out (not even close) and Y still not moving at all. I called and left voice mail with Chad, but would rather not wait until next week to get this working. Anyone close to eastern Connecticut with one of these?

For the sake of others; I talked with Chad. Issue with X axis trying to go past the left side of the machine was the sensor tab, small silver tab held by single screw, was not adjusted correctly, possible knocked out of alignment in shipping. Once I adjusted all was well, with the X axis. Y axis was caused by a mechanical alignment issue. To correct I loosed the Y axis ball screw bracket, and the Y axis bearing seat. Once both were loosened up I was able to move the Y axis where prior it was not movable. Ran the Y axis to the back of the machine, then tightened up the 4 screws on the Y axis bearing seat. Moved the Y axis all the way to the front of the machine and then tightened up the Y axis ball screw bracket, two screws. All seems to be well now.
