Looking really good especially for your 1st project...congrats
Nice to see that people still "win" at things and not just "participate"...
(is that a Unisaw hiding in there? I have one that's about 15 years old...220v, 5hp, left tilt...if it came down to either my kid or my unisaw it would be a close call ;-)

I have one that's about 15 years old...220v, 5hp, left tilt...if it came down to either my kid or my unisaw it would be a close call ;-) It is! Good eye! ;-) It was an R&D Delta unit where they were experimenting with some oddball long fence and testing a new mobility cart (which I had to improve because the wheel wouldn't stay locked in the rolling position). I built a router table on the end and used the backside of the existing Beismeyer fence for the router. I also found that they didn't spend much time fine tuning it (presumably since it was in R&D for other purposes) and I had to completely disassemble the cast iron top and regrind some of the blade carriage mounts to have enough adjustment to get the blade parallel with the table t-slots....that "deal" I got on it didn't turn out to be that great of a deal in the end but it's a solid machine now ;-).
