what Bits must be used

Absolutely. It depends on your particular application as to the bits used. 3D relief engraving would be best done with tapered ball nose bits I would guess, but I haven't done that yet. Regular cutting can use regular end mills, but I really like Amana's "O" Flute Aluminum cutting bits.
