I pulled the dowels out and now it is ready to run. This is what it looks like after one cycle. The part on the right (B side) is finished, so I took the part from the A side, flipped it over, and put it on the B side for the next cycle. I couldn't locate the parts against something solid because I had to cut to the edge on both sides, so my machinist friend recommended the removable dowels, which worked out great. This is the first time I used the Moulding tool path, but it was pretty easy to figure out, and I'm pleased with the results. The one thing that sucked is that I had a tool change from end mill to ball nose, which meant I had to be there while it ran. This is all 10 finished. It took about 40 minutes of machine time for each one, and I told the lady at the trophy shop there would be no more of this foolishness. From what I learned, I figure that I probably could have made 10 sets of fixtures, and done all 10 at once, but I had spent so much time due my Allowance Offset error, that I just wanted to be done with no more screwups. Several lessons learned on this one, some fun, some not so fun. Mainly, though - 2 sided machining is not cheap.
