If you guys haven't been frugal enough to run a bit past it's prime. I've included photos so you k ow what it looks like when you do. The lines on the wings were created by white side SC66 1/8th comical but that should have been replaced . The first image is a cut with the full bit, the second image is with a new bit.

I never use "white side SC66 1/8th comical" bits, they cut funny.

I'm guessing I can go back and use all my old bits, because I don't think I've had any cut that bad.

I'm guessing I can go back and use all my old bits, because I don't think I've had any cut that bad. It had a chip out of it upon further inspection so when it should have been cutting material away it was leaving that line.

Alas, I have seen the same results .. especially when cutting oak .. You have to have sharp tools and the right speeds to make it look good ..
