I recently scored a pile of 8x8 western red cedar rafter tail cutoffs, enough to build a dozen or so chairs. I reserved the few longer ones to build an entryway and proceeded to turn my ancient cardboard patterns into individual programs for the axiom. I spot drilled the holes and counterbored slightly to set the deck screws flush at assembly. they went together like a dream thanks to the cnc, nothing at all like the old days! stainless bolts and non corrosive deck screws. sprayed with marine finish. www.dropbox.com/sh/lrtgxcerxibdmzi/AABuHgDhmwO_1qL48b1Weg1oa?dl=0

That's great. So how many of the parts do you cut out with the CNC. I originally bought my CNC to cut out furniture parts, though for the most part I've been kept busy making signs.
