I usually create works with Aspire. To speed up I use two types of cutters, one cylindrical and the other V-shaped. I realized that the V-shaped cutter retraces the paths already milled, how can this waste of time be avoided?

This depends on what is being retraced.
Many bits will go over the same area multiple times as the cut depths are changing in other areas.
In some cases this is simply a feature of the software.
*With some tool-paths, Like 3D carving....this will happened based on the selection in the toolpath setup.

If it's too big, put it on google drive, or another cloud service, and post a shareable link to it. They all have a free minimum service, so it doesn't cost anything to sign up. They hope you fill it up and buy more space.

One way I've found is to create slight offset (out) vectors and use those and the original when selecting the "V" bit operation. This allows the larger bit to clear and the V to concentrate on a much smaller area.
