We had an oops here in the shop and stalled out the bit on the Axiom AR-16. We powered down and powered back up and we have no spindle rotation. Is there a fuse or breaker that we need to reset?
Need some help, thanks!

Yes there should be a fuse I think for the AR -16. There was one on the axiom basic I had, trip to auto store fixed it.

Need some help, thanks! For the AR16...the Fuses will be found in the electronics drawer located at the back of the machine. To properly access this, first move the Y axis toward the middle of the machine...this will allow that drawer to open without pulling on wires. You will find a single allen screw on the left/right side of the drawer that hold it closed. IMG_4288.HEIC (521.66 KB) Once removed, the drawer can be opened and the top cover plates removed exposing the internal electronics, fuses etc. The fuses will be located in the upper right corner of the drawer, as indicated by the circled area in the picture.

Thanks for the information, a second round of power down/power up seemed to fix the issue. Is there a thermocouple for an overtemp condition possibly?

Just a quick word of advice: Follow what Chad said and figure out which fuses you have in the machine then GO PURCHASE SPARES! Nothing like being in the middle of a build and needing one... Tim

Gerry
I pulled the cabinet and found no fuses outside or inside.
What I did find after removing 6 tiny screws was a reset inside on the side.
Wish the reset was outside of the cabinet. After pressing reset and putting everything back the spindle started right up.
I'm going to call Chad in the AM to see if I am missing something.
Thanks for your great help.

Are there fuses on the AR6-Pro+? Where are they, and what are they, and where can I order them? Thanks.

Are there fuses on the AR6-Pro+? Where are they, and what are they, and where can I order them? Thanks. Fuses are located inside your white control box. The majority of the fuses are 10AMP 250 volts, make sure you pull the fuse and check the sizing before searching for the replacement. You can find the fuses at your local auto store or hardware store, like Home Depot. Give our support team a call if you have any questions. (844) 642-4902

The fuses for all Pro series machines would be located here: (Circled area in attached picture). If however, you encountered an error on the VFD (RPM Display)...potentially due to over-loading the spindle...then restarting the machine would clear those errors. There would no reset button inside the control box for the machine, that would be any different than the buttons which are found on the VFD on the outside of the box. These buttons should be used with extreme caution as they can lead to parameters in the VFD control being changed...rendering the spindle inoperable.
