Hello all, I have been working on a 3D project, which will ultimately be the door to a TV cabinet . Its a Coat Of Arms. This a test cut in some old reclaimed Pine and I am really pleased with the results. Final product will be in Maple or Cherry. This piece is 22"x26"x1.5". The roughing cut was with 3/8 End Mill which took around 2.5 hours. The finish cut was 1/8 Ball Nose which took 6 hours. Used Vectric Aspire throughout and AR8+ Pro. There are many flaws in the wood, knots, old nails (all removed) and the wood was a little weak in some places so a few chips, but this is un-sanded, straight after the finish cut and the smell is wonderful if you like pine. Anyway, just thought I would share my efforts. Neil

Thank everyone for their likes and comments. Seems there was an issue with anyone posting replies for the last few days. Ho-Hum, such is life.
