Man, you did a REALLY GREAT job with that. That last photo (stoned effect) put the icing on the cake, with that tombstone. I know that the recipients just HAD to love it.

Not knocking what you've done here at all, but granite is "forever" while HDU foam (and the finish) is not. You could replicate that work on a granite slab with a diamond drag bit. You wouldn't have the depth to the cut and (unless you want to etch the entire background and leave the "black" granite untouched, you'd need to rework your file a little for the house & roof & trees to not be "reversed" (colorwise). If I were doing this, I'd go anywhere BUT to someone who builds headstones for the commercial (undertaker) market in order to source the granite.

I made it out of HDU, since my mother-in-law will need to move it from time to time. that is what she wanted, so it couldn't be heavy.
