I just got the Laser attachment two weeks ago and have had loads of success with simple projects as I get a handle on how to use it and it's capabilities. Today I went to disconnect the laser and begin a project with the spindle. I disconnected the laser, selected "S" on the top of the laser control box, reset the Spindle Delay to 4000. What is happening is the spindle remains at zero rpm until it reaches the surface of the material before it begins to rotate and come up to speed. The spindle rpm is also decreasing each time it raises in the Z axis and the comes up to speed as it returns to the surface of the material.
Has anyone had similar issues going between the laser and the spindle? Any help or suggestions would be great.
Thanks

Did you swap your post processor from the laser when you generated the new gcode?

You are right, I did not change the post processor. I will go right now and give it a test run. Thanks I learn something every day.
