All
I created a stack file (Vcarve Pro ver 10) and when I cut it it left a lot to be desired. I used a 1/8 down cut bit (Whiteside RD1600) and an Amana Vbit to do the letters (Amana 45792) The preview showed everything looking great but not so much on final product. I have attached the preview and final product along with my .crv file. My question is if the preview shows it looking good when cut why did it look like crap? Thanks in advance.
FYI I had to compress the .crv file to get it to upload let me know if you have issues with opening it. Again thank you.

I think it would work better with a 60 degree and not a 90 degree

You may want to adjust your "Clearance Pass Step-over" for the V-Bit. 166.7% may be a bit much.. Michael

Chief
By your location, I assume you are in Richmond, Virginia. When you re-do this, bear in mind that the abbreviation of Virginia is VA. There are no periods before or after the "A"

I'm going to say Mezalick's suggestion is going to fix your problem. Also, the steeper 60 degree bit will look better as well.
