I'm getting a strange, almost violent vibration on my Axiom AR8 Pro only when the Y-Axis is cutting in aluminum. If the cut is in the x-axis there's no vibration. I'm cutting at 50ipm and it only starts vibrating at around .125" DOC in .25" material. I'm using a .25" single flute cutter with coolant. It doesn't sound strictly like chatter but almost like the entire machine and table is vibrating.
Any ideas on what this could be or, more importantly, how to fix it? Thanks!

The depth of cut is very aggressive.
The general recommendation for cutting aluminum is 0.010-0.020" depending on the grade of aluminum...at 16,000-18,000RPM at around 50IPM using a aluminum specific O-Flute bit.
