Does the Axiom run on 110 or 220? Does it use inches or MM?

Runs on 220 V That depends on the unit you get. Works in MM.

The Basic and i2R models require just 110V...while all Pro+ and Elite machines require 220V single phase.
The controllers use metric, however, you can design in whatever units you are comfortable with. Depending upon the software used...when you select the correct post processor, the gcode created should be the appropriate metric format for the control.

The recommended coolant would be just a standard RV/Marine Antifreeze....which is a propylene glycol that you can pick up locally in most states for about $4.00 per gallon.
It would be best to find one that does not use alcohol if possible
