I'm having an issue where the controller pendant stalls at 31% during bootup, and generally if I estop and restart several times, eventually it works.
There must be a better solution than power cycling the machine over and over.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

I would guess it to be an intermittent connection fault IF it weren't for the fact that it's stopping at the same point each time. In any case, check all your connections from pendant to controller. If that doesn't work, open the controller box and start looking for loose connections. You've got about 17 hours before you can find anybody to help at Axiom Customer Support.

I have had that happen to mine twice in about 3 years. The remedy was to have Chad email you a software reset. I think sometimes, just like any computer it gets glitched and needs to start over from fresh.

I had the same thing happen to me about 8 months ago. Chad sent me an update and it hasn't happened since I upgraded the firmware.

I thought the same thing. This was been going on for a while now, and seems to be getting worse. I plan to open the box and try re-seating all of the card and connections. Hopefully that takes care of it. On the good side, once it's up it stays up and works fine. I just don't want to have to leave it on 24-7. Thanks!

Widened my search parameters, and it seems it may need an update?
FWIW - my version number is q13-306, Product ID is A0182628.

The firmware files will largely be dependent upon which control you are using.
If you have not done so...please reach out to our support team with your machine model and controller type (A11, B18 etc).
We'd be happy to provide you with the correct update files.

Three things:
1) I see several replies that just popped in, but are shown as being from yesterday.... Not sure what's up with that??? 2) I did call and spoke to Austin this morning. He was very helpful, and promised to send the files today. 3) As I told Austin on the phone, I cannot be happier with this machine. I bought it used, and it's well outside warranty. Every step of the way, support from Axiom has been great. The machine is built like a tank. I've had two issues, a loose setscrew and now this. I know the machine was "well used" before I bought it (read as it was used commercially), I've moved it several times, and it still works beautifully. Thanks, Axiom, for building a great machine and standing behind it.

Thanks again, Axiom!
Tonight I tried the files you sent, and it worked beautifully (as expected).
I have restarted the machine several times, and it works flawlessly.
