Awesome! I like the additional tips typed in as you did the audio explanations. They add a lot.

A 1/16" dia. endmill, with .02" depth seems to work very well.

Way cool, Brian. I'm wondering if rather than having the whole vacuum table top be a bleeder board you might simply use an uber-thin piece of lightweight mdf as the backer board between the two layers of shirt material? It would be a simple (and cheap) "proof of concept" experiment, and I'm reasonably sure that...in having gotten to the point of making a video...you probably have a goofed up shirt you could sacrifice.

Thanks Brian for this. Any issues with the ink bleeding or longevity in the wash.

Johnb, those are exactly my thoughts as well, I intend to build a separate and smaller vac table just for this purpose, I have the design all worked out, just need to decide on the holes versus the bleeder board method. and yeah I have a few goofed up shirts to play with

Thanks Brian for this. Any issues with the ink bleeding or longevity in the wash. so far so good, no ink bleeding issues yet, the sharpie fabric markers instructions say to wash in cold water only. which we have so far.... the only issues i have had with the markers is to be sure and let it dry (10 minutes or so?) before you handle it or the ink can smudge/smear. I got excited with one shirt and took it of the machine as soon as it was done, turned it inside out, took off the shelf liner, turned it back around only to find I smeared the ink won't be making that stupid mistake again
