Is there a 1/8" collet available for the spindle?
Is using an eighth-inch bit not recommended?

DO NOT get a cheap collet. I had a no-name 1/8" collet from Amazon. Later, when using it I found it had TERRIBLE runout. My son suggested Techniks. I usually listen to him on this stuff as he was way more experience in machining than me. I've been very happy with it. Techniks 04220-1/8 | 1/8" (0.125") Super Precision ER20 Collet
This is also on Amazon.

I bought my collets from Precisebits. Also the collet nuts. They claim .0004 runout. Who really knows? They work quite well.

Amana makes a 1/8" collet for the ER-20. Hard to go wrong there.

I use the Amana 1/8in collet. Works fine for me.
