Guys, Just got the AR6 Pro from my local Woodcraft dealer. Was their demo and working fine at pickup and drop off to my table. Brought home and made a few of the beginner cuts, maybe a few small mistakes, but NO injury to myself or machine. Problem start - After setting up fly cut for the waste board using a workpiece oriented front middle of table, I plunged mortise in a little aggressively. Stopped it and thought all systems seemed to be working. Wrong. Results of that problem - ALL of my axis limits are off, meaning I cannot travel in the positive directions all the way on x and y - Note on the z, I can over run in negative direction (up to prox) and make banging noises you may have heard. - After reboot, spindle is sent home, but "WAIT" is shown forever - Cancel out, then I get the spindle home, set all zeros for x, y, and z. touch off a tool for cut and then x axis soft limit error to make it more fun. - Have loaded restore file several times - something is not working. Any advice, other questions? I am learning and hope for some help. X travels approximately to 160mm Y travels approximately to 500mm Z can go full range, but prox switch is not stopping me from running it into itself Thanks everyone! Make sure that the metal brackets that your proximity switches reference off of haven't been moved during the moving of the machine.

When you turn on the machine and it asks you to home all axis, are you doing that? If you are, can you run your X axis all the way to your right which will be 610mm. if you can do that, then your X travel is ok. Can you move your Y axis from the home position 915mm to the back of the machine? If you can do that, then the Y is ok as well. The limit switches are adjustable with 1 screw holding a metal bracket. I had to adjust mine when I got from Axiom. My X axis was off by almost 2 inches. I just kept moving the metal bracket to the left on the gantry till it would travel the full 610mm. My Y axis was off by about 1/2" and had to adjust that bracket as well. As for the the Z axis, you have to remove the plastic cover that houses the stepper motor to get at that bracket. The whole process shouldn't take more that 15-20 min to complete. Once you do that, turn off the machine, turn it back on home the machine as required and then try moving everything to see if you have full travel.
