Hey guys,
I see most of you use your machines for woodworking, which is awesome and inspiring because I don't do much with wood. I'd like to get into it a little when I have some free time. Below is a couple shots of what I use the machine for. I make holster mold tooling which I design in Fusion 360 and the AR6 cuts it like a champ. I have had no issues with program or machine and am really happy with how they work together so perfectly.
The material is a modeling board similar to Renshape. It machines like butter and doesn't warp during machining or forming. Makes quite a mess but I can deal with it after seeing all the benefits. Anyway, just thought I'd throw these up there to add a little something different to the projects section. (Sorry for crappy phone pics)

Thank you for sharing. How do they press the leather/material onto the mold to get the outline? Is there a female part that you cut or is it by vacuum?

I've seen some of the postings others have made of leather embossing designs. They were much smaller and used presses that you can get at Harbor Freight.

Can you please give some steps on how you exported the file from Fusion 360 into a format the Axiom can use? Thanks!
