Looks like you need to call up and get a new coolant reservoir.

If you have not already, Gerry is correct....give us a call so we can process a warranty replacement.
Due to recent increases in pump seal failures either due to a change by the pump manufacturer or a coolant difference....our team is exploring a possible change to the pumps themselves. In the mean time, all machines have began to be filled with an alternative US made propylene glycol solution as we try to determine if its a problem with the blue coolant used during assembly.
Customers should begin seeing machines arriving with pink coolant instead of the original blue that's been used over the past several years.

Yes I recently spoke with you guys and will be receiving a replacement reservoir. We should have a sticky or bulletin letting customers know this, because when I originally did a search on this issues there was no info out there. I was thinking to myself, "am I the only lucky person that has had this issue?" either way I am getting a replacement so I am happy. Cant wait to start cutting again, fortunately for me I still have my other cnc to pick up the slack.

Mine just started leaking. It came with the new pink coolant. I'll be making a call on Monday. Bummer.

Happened to me too. Coolant leaked and shorted some circuit which turned off spindle in the middle of unattended operation. It was a mess. However new pump arrived quickly and its replacement is straight forward.

I changed out my coolant and I noticed a small air leak coming in the tank. Resolved this with a little hot glue. Reduced the air in the system.

Yes, the coolant was leaking, at purchase, I cleaned and patched with thick CA glue mixed with baking soda and used until the new pump arrived. I keep the patched one for emergency. I am amazed that the small reservoir is enough to keep the spindle cool. My other CNC machine has a large container of antifreeze.
